Moparific does not assume any responsibilities for any transactions made in the classifieds section. The transactions and sales are solely between the buyer and seller. We do not claim any responsibility for damaged products prior to the sale, or damages that may occur in the shipping processes. Moparific will not be a liaison between any disputes regarding between the buyer and seller. Classified ads are to be car oriented only. Any non-car classifieds will be immediately removed from the classifieds section, and the seller may be banned from posting any further classifieds.

Sellers: Please give as much detail about the vehicle or item you are selling (part number/year/model etc.). Be extremely accurate. If there is a broken or damaged part be sure to include it with the description. If you are unsure about any of the aspects of the item mention it in the description. Plain and simple – if you don’t know – say so!

Buyer: Make sure you ask the sellers questions. If you are unsure if the item will fit your car, then get a second opinion. In order to avoid any confusions make sure you know all the shipping costs, transportation costs etc.
